Yes! We serve clients across India. Simply share your measurements and courier your fabric to our Bangalore or Rajkot address — we'll take care of everything and deliver back to your door.
Once you finalise your order on WhatsApp, we share our courier address (Bangalore or Rajkot, whichever is closer to you). You can use any courier service — we recommend keeping the tracking ID handy. Standard turnaround begins once we receive your fabric.
Don't worry — once you contact us, we'll guide you step by step on how to take accurate measurements. We send clear instructions with photos. It's simpler than you think, and we're always available to help!
We take great care to stitch to your exact measurements. If there is any fit issue, we offer free alterations — just send the garment back to us and we will fix it at no extra charge. Your satisfaction is the priority.
Standard delivery is 10–15 working days after we receive your fabric. For bridal or heavily detailed work, we recommend 3–4 weeks. Express stitching is available on request with a small surcharge — WhatsApp us to check slot availability.
We accept UPI, bank transfer, and online payments. Payment details are shared after finalising your order on WhatsApp. We typically ask for a small advance before starting, with the balance on delivery.
